Returns and Exchanges

All artworks are made to order - Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind as we do not hold stock. We ask that you please choose carefully when buying an artwork, we are always happy to provide more photos or videos, just ask!

Faulty or damaged items

We package our artworks and prints very carefully but sometimes accidents happen in transit. However, if the product has arrived faulty for any reason, please take photos of the outside box & damage made to the artwork within 12hrs of receiving and Delaney will be in contact to offer a replacement. Please send all photos to me via email so I can sort it out for you straight away.

Shipping

All items are shipped within 7 days of purchasing. International shipping is only available on unframed prints.

Framing

To ensure your fine art print holds its condition it is recommended that you source quality professional framing as soon as possible. Store bought frames will not guarantee the proper protection of your print.
